You can trade up or down, in town or out.
Vendor recieves 91% of the appraisal value (No additional real estate fees applicable) if he purchases a David Norris listing.
You can start packing right away, the sold sign will go on your next home as soon as your financing is approved and you will not have the risk of another buyer "bumping-out" your offer.
If the house sells before 90 days, the vendor recieves the full amount minus standard real estate fees.
